Pivovary Staropramen is announcing a new Staropramen branded pub concept, called Beerpoint, which is designed for large shopping centers. The first Beerpoint recently opened in a new shopping center in Prague’s Chodov district.
Pivovary Staropramen Sweeps Beer Tasting Competitions

This year’s beer tasting competitions in the Czech Republic were singlehandedly dominated by Pivovary Staropramen in the category of lager and draught beer. Out of a total of eleven gold medals, six went to Pivovary Staropramen! Also, the company won over half of all the awards. The last great accomplishment is a triple victory for Pivovary Staropramen in the Czech Brewmasters Prize competition.
Winner of Czech Stella Artois Draught Master Competition is a Woman

A woman has won the Czech Republic championship in drawing and serving the premium lager Stella Artois, organized by Pivovary Staropramen, for the first time in the Czech competition’s three-year history. The winner is Lada Chmelíková from Bar Filip in Rokycany. She will go on to represent the Czech Republic at the worldwide finale, STELLA ARTOIS WORLD DRAUGHT MASTER 2005, in Brussels, Belgium in October.
